Refund Policy

At Coral Thingys, we are committed to providing you with healthy and vibrant corals. Due to the sensitive nature of live aquatic organisms, we have established the following refund policy:

Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee that all live corals will arrive alive and in good condition. If you receive a coral that is dead on arrival (DOA), please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the coral in its original, unopened bag.
  • Ensure that the delivery was received on the first attempt; missed deliveries void this guarantee.
  • Upon verification, we will issue a store credit for the value of the DOA coral. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Non-Live Products: For dry goods or non-live products, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team promptly.
